Zewa performs all warranty and out-of-warranty repairs on all Zewa, Delwa-Star and Private Label products in our local service department. Before sending your unit to repair, please read the troubleshooting section in your instruction manual. Additional troubleshooting information is available on this website under the "Support" tab. If the problem persists please call our customer support line at 1-888-993-3592 and request a RA number. Once you have a RA number send your product to our service department.

10. A brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

Warranty Repairs:

  • Ship the unit to the address listed above, prepaid and insured.

  • Return the unit with all of the components unless otherwise instructed.

  • Enclose proof of purchase (with purchase date).

  • Enclose a check or money order for the return shipping and handling fee.


Out of Warranty Repairs:

  • Ship the unit to the address listed above, prepaid and insured.

  • Return the unit with all of the components unless otherwise instructed.

  • Enclose a check or money order for the return shipping and handling fee.

  • If you would like an estimate of your repair charges, please request this in your letter.
