General TENS Unit questions:

Can I use a rechargeable battery?
Yes, however we recommend a specific battery. Batteries purchased in most electronic stores only last 2 - 3 hours because of their small capacity. Please contact our customer service for more information on what battery to use.

The display on my TENS 504 is flashing:
When the display is flashing the unit will automatically block any buttons indicating that the battery needs to be changed. Turn the device off and change the battery. Once you have new a new battery, turn the TENS 504 on and the display and buttons will function normally.

My TENS unit uses a lot of battery:
This is because of the settings on the TENS unit. If your pulse width and pulse rate are set at their highest setting, the unit will consume more electricity. Change those settings to approximately 100 pulse width and 100 pulse rate. This will increase the battery life.

Lead Wires:

Are your lead wires univeral?
Our lead wires will fit most TENS units, however different manufacturers will use different wires. Please make sure your lead wire looks like this.

Compare the plug that connects to the unit to your wire. If it looks the same it will most likely fit.
